the Non-citizen Vote.

 

 

·      Between 2003 and 2007 the Kansas Department of Revenue waived, for foreign nationals, the requirement that one had to provide a partial social security number to obtain a Kansas driver’s license.[1]

·      According to the testimony of the Secretary of Revenue to a Senate committee in January of 2008, at that time, there were 50,000 Kansas driver’s still in the hands of foreign nationals.[2]

·      It has been estimated that there was a low of 1.2 million to a high of 2.7 million non-citizens registered to vote in the 2008 elections. [3]

·      In Kansas you may register to and vote with a Kansas driver’s license.

·      The FBI is concerned over illegal aliens using fraudulently obtained consular identification cards (CID) to obtain driver’s license in some states. It feels this poses a criminal and terroristic threat.[4]

·      The vast majority (77%) of American citizens oppose driver’s license for illegal aliens  [5]
